Grand Pavilion Ballroom

Experience the contemporary ambiance of the Grand Pavilion Ballroom. Accommodating sit-down events up to 500 guests, this beautiful ballroom is divisible to three sections.

Our space contains dimmable lights, staging, up-lighting and a dance floor, so we can help you create the look and feel that will make your special day unforgettable.

A spacious pre-function room flows into the Grand Pavilion, where cocktails and hors d'oeuvres await your guests prior to the reception.

 Tennessee Ballroom

The Tennesee Ballroom is a more intimate venue accommodating ceremonies and receptions for up to 270 guests. Its neutral color lends itself to any event with any palette.

This ballroom boasts dimmable lights, staging, up-lighting and a dance floor to create the look and feel that will make your wedding day extraordinary.

The Tennesee Ballroom flows easily to the Parkview Atrium, Grand Pavilion Ballroom and opens onto the picturesque World's Fair Park.

With the conveniences of dimmable lights, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, staging options and a dance floor, our team will help you create just the right setting for your memorable event. A spacious pre-function room precedes the Grand Pavilion Ballroom, and easily flows to eight breakout rooms for maximum flexibility to fit any agenda.

The Tennessee Ballroom is a more intimate venue, accommodating up to 270 sit-down guests. It's neutral color pallete lends itself to be adaptable for any event - social or corporate. Whatever your purpose or palette, our team will help you furnish the space to best fit your needs.

Our Tennessee Ballroom contains 3,000 square feet of flexible spece, and is divisible into three equal rooms. The Tennessee Ballroom flows easily to the Parkview Atrium, Grand Pavilion Ballroom and opens to the picturesque World's Fair Park.

No matter what your vision, our exceptional Sales and Catering team will help you create the ideal space for your next gathering.


Our modern private dining room is ideal for small corporate meetings or meal functions, and easily accommodates meetings from 10-50 attendees. This flexible room can be set in rounds, classroom, theater, conference-style or u-shaped.

Your attendees will find our private dining room to have a productive and comfortable atmosphere, featuring natural light and a handsome exposed stone wall.

The private dining room also features full audio-visual capabilities for your convenience.


Our two Executive Conference rooms are available for 10-14 attendees. Both spaces include full audio visual capabilities and catering services.

These two exclusive conference rooms feature neutral colors and natural lighting to promote a focused and productive meeting.

A seasoned hospitality and sales veteran, Robin oversees marketing initiatives and the greatest sales team in the state! Having moved to her adopted city of Knoxville from Southern California, she enjoys spending time with her family, doing DIY projects, gardening and traveling with her husband.

Kelly Pratt, Senior Sales Manager

A native Tennessean who originally hails from Kingsport, Kelly has vast experience in hospitality sales having worked in Charlotte, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC.  We are pleased to have Kelly’s knowledge and skill working with University of Tennessee and our Sports clients.  Kelly spends her time away from work enjoying friends and family and exploring the hiking trails of East Tennessee.

Our Association clients will appreciate Heather’s personal touch and attention to detail when coming to Knoxville.  Growing up, her parents purchased a historical Bed & Breakfast which later sparked a passion for the hospitality industry.  She enjoys caring for her horse, Marie, who she rescued through a local organization, laughing with her fiancé and being the best mom possible to her two boys.

Joining us from our sister property up north, The Essex, Vermont's Culinary Resort & Spa, Lauren is a newcomer to sales.  Starting her hospitality career in marketing, she brings her creative flair when working with clients.  Like a true Vermonter, she enjoys being outdoors, especially backpacking with her boyfriend and their black lab, Coop.

Born and raised in the great state of Tennessee, Adam relocated back to his home state after six years in Dallas, Texas. While in Dallas, Adam worked at two of the largest hotels in the city, focusing specifically on social catering in his final stint before coming back home to the Volunteer State. With a deep background in theatre, he has a strong passion for working with people, and he brings that to life in each and every encounter with his clients. Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and keeps close tabs on all things UT sports related.
